Bossier City, LA - Mrs. Rhonda Lightfoot Long, 48, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012. Memorial services will begin at 2 p.m. on Jan. 4 at Malakoff Church of Christ. Officiating will be Lavelle Layfield of Malakoff Church of Christ, assisted by Patrick Lightfoot of Journey Christian Church.

Mrs. Long was a native of Crane, Texas, and a resident of Bossier City, La. for three years.

Mrs. Long was preceded in death by her grandfather, Cecil Marvin Newman; grandfather, Caswell Lightfoot; grandmother, Patsy Lightfoot; nephew, Daniel Lee Stahl. She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Chip Long; her parents, Ronnie and Patricia Lightfoot; two sisters, Lanae Stahl and Bonnie Scherry; two brothers, Ronnie and Patrick Lightfoot; maternal grandparent, Jo Ann Newman.

The family requests that memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association.
