Willie Bea McKneely Boyd
Willie Bea McKneely Boyd entered into her final rest on June 29, 2013, in Nacogdoches, Texas. She was born to the parents of William Brady McKneely and Bessie Estelle Sheppard McKneely on Nov. 1, 1923. She married Thomas Paul Boyd on May 5, 1946 and together they raised a family in Houston, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, W. B and Estelle McKneely, husband, Tom Boyd, two sisters, Maudie Lee Barton and Mae Hill, and one brother James McKneely.
Bea is survived by one son, Allen B. Boyd and wife Gaye of Nacogdoches, Texas and two daughters, Sandra J. Baldwin and husband Terry of Deer Park, Texas, and Donna J. Bass and husband Lee of Nacogdoches, Texas, and brother, L. M. (Leonard) McKneely of Nacogdoches, Texas. She leaves three grandsons, Scott A. Baldwin and wife Cynthia of Canoga Park, Ca. and Linn A. Boyd of Oklahoma, and Shawn McClure and wife Sarah of Seattle, Washington, and two great-granddaughters, Andrea D. Baldwin and Madeline (Dee Dee) Baldwin, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A service will be conducted by Rev. John McGuire on Monday, July 1, 2013 at 10:30 am with interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery. The family will recieve guests on Monday July 1, 2013 at Cason Monk-Metcalf Sunset Chapel from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.Pallbearers will include Matt Steveson, Brady McKneely, Blane McKneely, David Broach, Jim Hall, and Robert Miller.
Memorial contraibutions may be offered to Hospice of East Texas/ 4111 University Blvd/ Tyler, Texas 75701.
