A retired owner and manager of the Regal Restaurant and Depot Grill, Mr. Timson died Wednesday night at A.C. Silverman Memorial Hospital.
A life resident of Syracuse, he was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church and a member of the Elks Club.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mildred E. Timson; two sons, John "Jake" Timson of Liverpool and Robert M. Timson; two daughters, Sister Elizabeth John of St. Margaret's School, Mattydale, and Mrs. John E. Joyce; three brothers, George, Andrew and Frank Tlmson; two sisters, Mrs. George Pierce and Mrs. John Atkinson, and nine grandchildren.
