MRS. MARY STRINGER DIES AT WEBB CITY
Webb City, Mo., May 15 - Mrs. Mary Stringer, 98 years old, died this morning at the state sanitarium, where she had been a patient for the past year. She formerly lived here.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home of the Steele Undertaking Company, at 10:30 o'clock, Saturday morning. Burial will be in Webb City cemetery. The Rev. Paul Ellis will officiate.
She is survived by three sons, John Stringer of Webb City; Joe Stringer of Aulton, Kan., and Marion Stringer of Muskogee, Okla. Mrs. H. N. Stringer, who lives at Oakland is a daughter-in-law.
Note: Contrary to the obituary, Mrs. Stringer did not die in Webb City. In addition, she died the 14th and not the 15th, as per her Missouri Death Certificate.
