Don was born on September 18, 1931 to Bryant Melroy Domgaard and Ida Burt in Salina, Utah. On July 1, 1954 he married Dorothy Ridgway in the Hawaiian Temple while serving in the U.S. Navy. Don served faithfully the saints in the Hillcrest Sandy Wards in the scouting program and in various bishoprics.
Don is survived by his wife, Dorothy; his sons Bryant (Carolyn) and Paul (Kathalene); his daughter Lee; his grandchildren Amy, Nathan (Melanie), Sarah, Randi, Kyle and Ryan; and two great-grandchildren.
Don was predeceased by two infant boys.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 14th at 11:00 am at the Hillcrest 3rd Ward Building on 8600 South 1200 East in Sandy. The viewing will be Thursday, December 13th from 6:30 - 8 p.m. at the Hillcrest 3rd Ward Building and Friday morning from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m.
Interment: Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
