Mrs. Dan Hogan Died at her Coogan Home
The death of Mrs. Dan Hogan occurred at her home at Coggan at 11:30 a.m. January 25th. Her husband was a brother of W. A. Hogan and a sister of Anamosa and Mary Heary of Cascade. The greater portion of her life was spent on a farm in Castle Grove Township. She later removed to Coggan.
Mrs. Hogan is survived by one son, Dennis, and a daughter, Mrs. Joseph Bading.
Funeral services were held yesterday morning at St. John's Church, Coggan. Rev. Fr. McGovern, a nephew, had charge of the services. Mrs. Hogan's body was laid to rest in Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Castle Grove Township.
