Robert L. Moore of Saginaw, Michigan, loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family. Age 58 years. Son of the late Roy Moore Sr. and Alice McDowell, Robert was born March 19, 1954 in Bay City, Michigan. He married Theresa A. Grzesiak on November 30, 1974. She survives him. Robert was employed by Eaton Manufacturing and then Dow Chemical as a chemical operator. He was a member of SS. Simon and Jude Catholic Church. Robert was also a volunteer of Saginaw Township Fire Department. He enjoyed going up to his cabin and fishing with his grandsons. As founder of Moonshot Construction in 1972, he enjoyed projects with his family and friends. Surviving besides his wife Theresa are two daughters and one son, Jennifer (Owen) Kinney, Saginaw; Angela (Todd) Jensen, Blissfield; Brent (Lynn) Moore, Saginaw; four grandsons, Gavin and Liam Kinney, Nolan and Alexander Jensen; his brother, Roy Moore Jr., Gladwin; his sister, Nancy Kotch, Saginaw; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Laura (Robert) Callahan, Stephen (Laurie) Grzesiak, Paul (Michelle) Grzesiak, Patrick Grzesiak, Anthony (Karen) Grzesiak, all of the Saginaw area; many nieces and nephews. Robert was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Albin "Abie" and Ardean Grzesiak. Funeral Service will take place 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty). Chaplain Tom Burdette will officiate. Honoring Robert's wishes cremation will follow with burial of cremains in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home where the family will be present on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Saginaw Township Fire Department will conduct a walk thru at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
