Charles Snow died Tuesday at the home of his son Ezra. Mr. Snow was born in 1839, in Essex, New York, the son of the late John and Betsey Snow. Mr. Snow was a veteran having served in the United States Army during the Civil War. He was employed as a bloomer for the J&J Rogers Iron Works.
He is survived by his wife Phoebe, one daughter, Mrs. Lillian Thew, three sons, Ezra, Walter, Dick and two brothers Harvey and Jerome.
His funeral took place Thursday at one o'clock. The Reverend W.M. Morrow of the Methodist Episcopal Church officiated. Interment was in the family lot in the Fairview Cemetery.
