Arlon died in a plane crash on the Morehouse/Ouachita Parish line, at Wham Brake. Parents: Eli and Samantha Rawls, of W. Ouachita Parish; Wife: Betty Marine Anding; Daughter: Arlene Coley; Son: Wade Rawls; Grandchildren: 3; Great-grandchildren: 3; Sisters: 3; Brothers: 3. Arlon was retired from LA Gas Co. and served on the Ouachita Parish Police Jury for 32 yrs. He also served as president of the LA Police Jury Association. Arlon was a member of Christ Church for over 25 yrs., where he served as an Elder as well as an Executive Board member.
