Bob Rowland was born in Kansas City Missouri to George and Mabel Rowland who preceded him to Our Lords Home..

He was baptized and confirmed at good Shepherd Lutheran church in Kansas City and graduated from Center High School in Kansas City Missouri.

Bob began a sales career at a young age working for Kenny's shoes, he eventually earned his way to a Sales Managers position for Factory Motor Parts of Kansas City.

Bob retired in 1990 and over his retirement years he enjoyed working on cars and golf carts and reselling them.

Bob enjoyed the outdoors specifically the water and boat rides at Raintree Lake in Lee's Summit Missouri. Bob love his family and would often involve his children in his activities. He taught both of his children to water-ski (even though Bob never learned how to swim)

Bob was an active member of The Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Lee's Summit and he also stayed active in his community by serving at volunteer positions in his local city government and as an active member of the Raymore Lions Club. Bob was very successful and enjoyed using his sales talent to raise funds for the Masonic Children's Hospitals.

Bob is survived by his wife of 50 years, a son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren of Houston Texas and a daughter, a son-in-law, and grandchildren of Kansas City Missouri.
