Mr. Galvin, a World War II Navy veteran, was born in Darlington, Ind., and moved to this area in 1996 from Indianapolis. He was a member of United Auto Workers Union.
Survivors include his wife, Edna L.; a son, Mark S., Port Orange; three daughters, Priscilla J. Hansen, Port Orange, and Fayeann Owens and Karen K. Grimes, both of Indianapolis; five brothers, William, Collinsville, Ill., Norman, Houston, Richard, Williamsport, Ind., Ralph, Muncie, Ind., and Dale Dalby, Colorado Springs, Colo.; three sisters, Mildred Sherman, Mansfield, Ohio, Edna Appleton, Columbus, Ohio, and JoAnn Ames, Carrollton, Ohio; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
