Funeral services for Jonathan Allen, 43, a oil field worker of Holden, LA formally of Ferriday, LA will be held 11 am Saturday January 5, 2013 in the chapel of Gill First National Funeral Home Winnsboro, LA with Rev. Gary Howington officiating. Interment will be in South Central Cemetery Wisner, LA. Visitation will be 5 – 8 Friday January 4, 2013 at the funeral home.
Mr. Allen was born May 8, 1969 in New Orleans, LA to his parents Joseph Anthony Allen and Madge Clark Allen and passed from this life on January 2, 2013 at North Oak Medical Center in Hammond, LA.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers Preston Allen and Anthony Allen; sisters Rita Kimball and Pat Brandenburg.
Survivors include his wife Donna Allen of Holden, LA; seven children Chris Kenney; Cody Allen; Tyler Allen; Lindsey Allen all of Vidalia, LA; Ashley Gaul; Kasey Campbell and husband Chad all of Holden, LA; Ally Rabb and husband Jody of Vidalia, LA; grandchildren Jaxon Rabb and Kinley Campbell; three brothers Barney Joe Allen and wife Margaret Ann of Waterproof, LA; Gary Allen of Gilbert, LA; Ricky Allen and wife Becky of Vidalia, LA; two sisters Michelle King of Wisner, LA and Lori Roberts and husband Mike of Hamburg, MS; a very special aunt Fay Craft of Ferriday, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
