Ms. Mozeley was born November 5, 1921 in Gaston County, NC to the late Hester W. and Pearl Smith Abernathy. She worked in textiles.
She is survived by a son of New Mexico; one daughter of Piedmont, SC; one brother of Gastonia, NC; two sisters; four grandsons; and seven great-grandchildren.
