Cynthia Sue Lowe passed away on December 29, 2012. She was born on February 4, 1961, in Kokomo, to Edward Frank and Barbara Joan (Haley) Lowe. She graduated from Maconaquah High School in 1980. She worked at K-Mart, Ideal Door Company, and also did telemarketing.

She is survived by her mother, Barbara Joan (Haley) Lowe; father, Edward Frank (Nancy) Lowe; half-sister, Marsha Lynn (Scott) Little and their children, Brittany, Mathew, and Jarrett Little, all of Kokomo; aunt, Judith (Ben) James and cousins, Tony, Timothy, and David James, in Missouri; and step-grandmother, Lois Purvis, Kokomo. She is survived by her mother, Barbara Joan (Haley) Lowe; father, Edward Frank (Nancy) Lowe; half-sister, Marsha Lynn (Scott) Little and their children, Brittany, Mathew, and Jarrett Little, all of Kokomo; aunt, Judith (Ben) James and cousins, Tony, Timothy, and David James, in Missouri; and step-grandmother, Lois Purvis, Kokomo.

She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Donald and Charlotte (Ludwig) Snyder, and paternal grandparents, Clifford and Gladys (Libotte) Lowe.

There will be no visitation in accordance with Cynthia's wishes. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Contributions may be made to the National Epilepsy Research Foundation in her memory.
