Mrs. Katie Marie Robinson Middleton, age 82, of 122 Boyd Road, Rome, passed away on Friday morning, December 16, 2011, at her residence.

Mrs. Middleton was born in Bartow County, Georgia on March 9, 1929, daughter of the late John Thomas Robinson and the late Netter Paralee Gentry Robinson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Willie Vince Middleton, Sr., on March 11, 2008, by a granddaughter, Miss Stacey Lynette Middleton, by one sister, and by four brothres.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Wilma Middleton Ginn, and her husband, Mark, Rome; a son, Willie Vince Middleton, Jr., and his wife, Patsy, Rome; a grandson, Mark Middleton, and his wife, Anna Beth, Rome; three great grandchildren, Ali, Austin, and Haley Middleton; a sister, Mrs. Lelar Smith, Adairsville; nieces and nephews also survive.
