ELKHART — Joe Leslie Davidson, 65, died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012, at Morton County Hospital in Elkhart.
He was born Jan. 29, 1947, in Stratton, Colo., to Cecil and Betty Crawford Davidson.

He attended schools in Richfield and Rolla.

Mr. Davidson worked at C.I.G. (Colorado Interstate Gas) from 1976 until his retirement in 2001.

On Dec. 22, 1981, he married Claudine Allen in Elkhart. She survives.

Other survivors include four children, Summer Stewart, Tiffany Davidson, Jeff Davidson and Carrie Jo Davidson, all of Elkhart; and a brother, Jim Davidson of Mustang, Okla.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Greg and Phillip; a sister, Kathy; and his parents.

Funeral will begin at 10 a.m. today at Morton County Civic Center in Elkhart. Burial will be at Richfield Cemetery in Richfield.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the donor's choice or the Carrie Jo Davidson KSU Veterinary Education Fund, both in care of Garnand Funeral Home, Box 854, Elkhart, KS 67950.
