Services Held For Lulu Eva Bruce
Lulu Eva Bruce, 74, died at her home, 300 M Street in Mojave, following a long illness, April 14, 1956. A resident of Mojave for 49 years, Mrs. Bruce is survived by her widower, Thomas C. Bruce, r and a son, Clyde Bruce, of Huntington Park, California.
Lulu Bruce was .born July 12, 1882 in Kansas. Mr. Bruce is retired from the Southern Pacific Railroad.
Services were held Tuesday at O'Donnell's Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Ralph Cae of the Assembly of God Church in Mojave, officiated. Interment followed in the Mojave Cemetery. Pall bearers were Paul Bokis, George Bennett, Robert McBryant, Ray Pettit, J. G. Sherrill and Glen Wellman. Funeral arrangements were by O'Donnell's Funeral Home.
