DR. TROY HOWARD COLE, 68, died Saturday, April 12, 2008 at his home in Germantown, TN. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Dr. Cole was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Halen Darrington Cole. He is survived by his wife, Dr. Karel J. Saalwaechter; one son, Cory Cole of El Paso, TX; one daughter, Christy Hooper of Wylie TX; two stepsons, Shawn McClure and Richard Hulshof of Germantown; two grandsons, one granddaughter, and two great-granddaughters. Dr. Cole, a clinical psychologist, was co-founder with his wife of Colonial Counseling Center. He was an active member of the Germantown United Methodist Church and an avid model airplane enthusiast. A memorial service will be held at a time and place to be announced.
