Jared M. Robinson, a lifelong and highly esteemed resident of Edmeston died at the home of his son V.D. Robinson, Thursday morning March 5th aged eighty six years. He is survived besides the son mentioned by another son, Floyd Robinson; three grandsons Norwood, Ward and Douglas Robinson, all of Edmeston, a sister, Mr. J.S. Southworth of Delhi. The funeral was held at the home of his son Saturday afternoon with burial in the family plot in Union cemetery.
