Second Lieutenant Attone was the son of Frank
(Attonedonna?).

He was a 1939 graduate of Camden High
School, and lived at 2121 Berwick Street
in Camden, New Jersey at the time of his
enlistment into the Army Air Forces.

He was a radar observer aboard a fighter
plane, and was KIA/MIA in Europe on
September 25, 1944. His body was returned
to the United States and buried at Cherry
Hill, New Jersey on December 7, 1948.
