Mrs. Liddie C. Lindsay, 77, of LaFollette, died Friday evening at LaFollette Community Hospital. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, James Calude (spelled like this in the paper) Lindsay of LaFollette and John Lindsay of Michigan; five daughters, Mrs. Nannie Hicks, Mrs. Maggie Orick, and Mrs. Mae Lough, all of LaFollette, Mrs. Peggy Thrasher and Miss Ruth Lindsay, both of Baltimore, Md.; two sisters, Mrs. Maggie Goins of LaFollette, and Mrs. Mae Hale of Clinton; 22 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday, March 12 at Midway Baptist Church by the Rev. Leonard Dabney. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Martin Funeral Home, LaFollette, was in charge of arrangements.
