Prominent Farmer of Salilick Township expired Sunday. Ahimas Knopsynder a prosperous farmer of Salilick Township died on Sunday, November 12, death resulting from dropsy of the heart. Mr. Knopsnyder at one time was a prominent dealer in houses and cattle but of late limited himself to farming. At the time of his death he was 73 years, eight months and six days old.

He is survived by eight children. William and Elmer Knopsyder, Mrs. Eliza Geary, Mrs. Annie Clark, Mrs. Susie Dillinger and Miss Belle Knopsnyder, all of Freed; Mrs. Joseph Shaffer of Indian Head and Mrs. Sadie Lelchliter of Normaivillo.

He will be buried at two o’clock this afternoon. Interment to be in the graveyard at Freed.
