She was a daughter of the late James R. and Margaret L. Sites White.
Mrs. Kuykendall was a member of Mount Royal Full Gospel Church, Dover.
She was the widow of Roy H. Kuykendall, who departed this life in 1979, and is survived by two sons, Ralph E. Kuykendall of Gettysburg and Thomas R. Kuykendall of Carlisle; two daughters, Joy Carnell of Lutz, FL and Wanda C. Phillips of Scottsdale, AZ; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Davis of Gettysburg, Jean Herring of Cashtown, and Virginia Plank of Biglerville; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Susan J. Rogers; four sisters, JoAnna Hare, Ruth Deckert, Pearl Singley, and Marguerite Funt; and three brothers, Robert White, Ross White and George White.
