She was born on April 25, 1949, to Lloyd Coble and Opal B. May, in Napa, Calif. She attended schools in Napa and came to the coast about 25 years ago, to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the luscious green trees on the Oregon coast. She worked for Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital for 15 years, as well as for the Hotel Newport for a period of time.
An avid Elvis collector, she decorated with a variety of memorabilia and dedicated an entire room in her home to "The King."
She is survived by her significant other, William R. Lees of Waldport; son, Victor Rittenhouse of Ferndale, Wash.; four sisters, Bonnie, Linda, Ann, and Helen; and numerous other relatives.
At her request, no services will be held.
