Thelma May Noftsger, 82, of Melcher-Dallas died of a heart ailment Saturday at Knoxville Area Community Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Mosher Funeral Home in Melcher-Dallas, with burial in Dallas Cemetery.
Mrs. Noftsger, a homemaker, was born in Unionville, Mo., and lived in the Melcher-Dallas area most of her life.
Survivors include a son, Donald, and a daughter, Dolores Schrader, both of Melcher-Dallas; a brother, Carl Blythe, and a sister, Lydia Robinson, both of Knoxville; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 9 a.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 7 to 9 p.m.
