Patsy "Pat" Pearson lived a full life as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She passed away Saturday, May 7, 2011, after a courageous battle against several lengthy illnesses.

She was a woman of deep faith and love. For everyone Pat met she always had a kind word, warm heart, and an infectious smile. As a member of the Mildred Baptist Church, she relished in the friendships and devotion she found within its congregation.

Patsy is preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Pearson Adams.

Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years, Clarence; son, Scott and his wife Vance; three grandchildren, Josh, Dusttin, and Shannon; she is also survived by one great grandchild, Sophia.

The family requests that donations be made to the Mildred Baptist Church or the charity of your choice.

Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 9, 2011, at Mildred Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at Mildred Baptist Church with the Rev. Tony Neal officiating. Interment will follow at Eureka Cemetery.
