Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today at English Funeral Home.
Services are pending with Corley Funeral Home. Burial will be at Eureka Cemetery.
Mrs. Montfort was born Feb. 29, 1964 in Corsicana to George Worth Johnston and Katie Marie Mageors. She lived in Mineola about four months and worked at Brookshire's Grocery Store in Mineola.
She was preceded in death by her brother, George W. Johnston.
Mrs. Montfort is survived by a special friend, Junior Staley of Hainesville; father and stepmother, George and Billie Johnston of Corsicana; mother and stepfather, Katie and Hugh Harper of Palmer; son, Mark Montfort of Mineola; daughter, Mason Montfort of Mineola; sister, Mary Elizabeth Niedringhaus of Palmer; and nieces, Kallie Marie Jabenskic and Kathlyn Virginia Collier.
Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
