SISTER OF LOCAL MAN DIES
Funeral services were held at 10 o'clock Friday forenoon from the Second M. E. church in Van Wert for Mrs. L. C. Stetler, followed by burial in Woodland cemetery.
Mrs. Stetler died at her home in Van Wert Tuesday evening March 29, 1932 (sic - should be March 8, 1932). Death was due to a hemorrhage, which was caused from an injury to her head due to a fall during the afternoon. Mrs. Stetler had been in failing health suffering with heart disease for some time. She had attained the age of 76 years, five months and one day. She was born in Mercer county but had lived in Van Wert for the past 45 years.
Her direct survivors are one daughter, Mrs. J. O. Myers, of Fort Wayne; four sons, John Stetler of Van Wert, Ohio; Oscar Stetler, who lived with his mother; Grant Stetler of Van Wert, Ohio and Steward (sic) Stetler of Grand Rapids MI; two brothers James and Fred Bilderback, of Willshire and two sisters, Mrs. George Dellinger, of Decatur, Indiana and Mrs. E. A. Hileman of near Rockford.
