Pre-Revolutionary War Hero. Lived in Ohio part of his adult life as a frontiersman and land developer. Later, he commanded a company of Maryland riflemen in the Continental Army at Cambridge Massachusetts. He was commissioned a Colonel under George Washington during the American Revolutionary War and died in service of the Army.
