Lillie Bedford, 96, of Corsicana passed away Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2008 at Heritage Oaks West Nursing Home. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. today at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Eureka Cemetery with Brother Bill Honea officiating. She was born on May 30, 1911 in Eureka to Marion Thomas Andrews and Susie Ella Robinson Andrews.
Lillie was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Bedford; and a brother and sister. Survivors include her step-son, Darrell Bedford of Dallas; step-daughter, Fairy Bedford; a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Doyle Andrews of Corsicana; and a sister, Eda McCaslin of Corsicana; a number of nieces and nephews.
