"Mr. Nash, 59; Pinewood Store Owner
Mr. Willard Leroy Nash of the Pinewood Community, owner and operator of the Pinewood General Store, died on Sunday, August 8, 1999 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. He was 59.
Mr. Nash and his wife, Dessie Dudley Nash and their daughter, Glenda McDaniel, vought the PInewood Store in 1994. It was destroyed by fire in 1997, though they had rebuilt the country store and re-opened it last year.
A native of Bon Aqua, Mr. Nash was the son Velma Ann Petty Nash of Pinewood and the late William Everett Nash. He was supervisor with the Tennessee Department of Transportation, and a member of the Kedron United Methodist Church.
In addition to his wife and mother he leaves two daughters, Glenda McDaniel of Pinewood and Connie Brown of Dickson; two sisters, Ruby Nell Barnhill and Patricia Felts, both of Dickason; four brothers, James Nash and Rickey Nash, both of Pinewood, Homer L. Nash of Nunnelly, and William D. Nash of Dickson, and his granddaughter."
