Mrs. Elizabeth LeClair, 63, a lifelong resident of Keene, New York, died on Monday, February 5th, 1968, at Mary Fletcher Hospital, Burlington, Vermont.

She was born April 20, 1904, the daughter of Jerry and Mary Collins Shackett and was the widow of Earl LeClair.

Survivors included one daughter, Argenta Reed of Keene; four sons, Steven and Edmund of Kirkwood, New York; and Paul and Clifford of Keene; 28 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Also, one sister, Mrs. Paul Lewis of Keene Valley and two brothers, Stephen Shackett of Keene and Francis Shackett of Albany, New York.

Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Howard Kennedy, pastor of St. Brendan's Church in Keene, at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 7th, 1968. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery in Keene.

Bearers were Ronald Purdy, Francis Vagnarelli, Francis Hickey, Adrian Carey, Judson Whitney and Aubrey Wells.
