This name link for Jessie Alice Caffey was where she was first buried and was later moved to Strong City but the orginial headstone may have been left in the first cemetery.
New information below provided by Judy Tracy indicates that the correct current burial location for some members of the Caffey family have been moved from the Snakey Bend cemetery (FAG name used) to Strong City but headstones may not have been moved.
"......Ora Bell Leach, the last of the Caffeys to live in Strong City, that before she died, she had Jessie Alice CAFFEY moved from ..... Snakey Bend (Custer Bend Cemetery) ..... I do not know what happened with the first Jessie Alice CAFFEY stone ....but I do know that Ora Bell Caffey Leach did purchase a large granite marker with only the name CAFFEY on it and had small footstones of the ones that she moved to the Strong City Cemetery. .........she moved some other graves also"
------
*there is no proof that the remains of anyone were moved only that stones were purchased and placed in the Strong City cemetery where the upkeep of the cemetery was much better. The Snakey Bend cemetery was abandoned and not fenced again until about 10years ago. KH
