Graveside funeral service for Suzanne Silcott Glover, 73, Lawton, will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 2, in Highland Cemetery.
Mrs. Glover went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 28 from her home in Lawton.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Becker Funeral Home.
Suzanne Silcott Glover was born on December 2, 1939 in Lawton to Walter and Nell (Munn) Silcott. She grew up on Fort Sill Boulevard in Lawton and attended Lawton schools, graduating from Lawton High School. She then attended the University of Oklahoma until returning to Lawton where she married Earl Glover on March 12, 1959.
She was a homemaker and worked the office at the Lawton Stockyards for several years. She then helped her husband with the family auction business and on the farm. Suzanne enjoyed family time and helping the people she loved.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, the Daughters of the American Revolution and at one time had been a member of the Junior Service League.
She is survived by her husband, of the home; a daughter, Suenell Breeze, Lawton; a son, Oscar Glover, Lawton; six grandchildren, Chase, E.C. and Colten Glover, Trail and Sunni Breeze, and Ostyn Glover Abshere and her husband Joe, all of Lawton; a great granddaughter, Anistyn Abshere, Lawton.
Her mother and father preceded her in death.
