Karla Jo Waldon, 53, passed away on Friday, December 28, 2012 at home with her family by her side.
Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many. She was born on October 16, 1959 in Hobbs, New Mexico, daughter of Duke and Wanda Joyce Norrell. She is survived by her loving husband, Randy Waldon, Sr. of 38 years; Daughter, Shawn Dee Waldon; Son, Randy Lee Waldon II; Daughter-in-law, Annamarie Waldon; Son, Korry Jo Waldon; Grandchildren: Austin Waldon, Mazzy Wilson, Skyler Waldon, Taylor Waldon, Adler Loftis, and Tristin Waldon; Siblings: Mike Norrell, Rama Chenault, and Sandra Stuart.
When I am gone
When I am gone, release me. Let me go.
I have so many things to see and do.
You must not tie yourself to me with tears.
Be happy that we had so many beautiful years.
I gave to you my love. You can only guess
How much you gave to me in happiness.
I thank you for the love you've shown me,
But now it's time I traveled on alone.
