SERVICES CONDUCTED FOR MRS. EVA TOUSEY
Funeral services for Mrs. Eva Frances Curtiss Tousey, for more than 50 years a resident of Pittsford, were conducted yesterday afternoon in that village. Interment was in Pittsford Cemetery.
Mrs. Tousey was born in Rochester more than 75 years ago and lived her entire life in this city and Pittsford. She was a member of the Irondequoit Chapter, Daughters of American Revolution; of the Rochester Colony of New England Women; Past Matrons Association of Northfield Chapter and was active in Reunion Group 8 School.
For many years she taught 20th Century Women's Bible Class in the Presbyterian Church at Pittsford.
Mrs. Tousey is survived by a sister, Mrs. Joseph Adams of Rochester; a brother, Alexander M. Francis of Rochester; three sons, Clarence F. Tousey and Lewis F. Curtiss of Pittsford and Maj. Thomas Grant Tousey of New York, in addition to grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
