Mrs. Leona M. Hopper, 94, of Ostrander Drive, Phoenix, died Saturday, Oct. 3 at the Pontiac Nursing Home, Oswego, after a long illness. She was born in Ithaca, lived in Liverpool for 11 years, and resided at her Phoenix address for the past 34 years. She was employed by the YMCA in Syracuse in the 1930s, and the Franklin AirCooled Motors, Liverpool during the war years. She was a member of Kingdom Hall, Jehovah's Witnesses,
Baldwinsville. Surviving are her husband, George W.; three sons, Edward Cummings of Dayton, Ohio; Howard Cummings of Warners, and John Cummings of Xenia, Ohio; five daughters, Mrs. Rose Sass and Mrs. May Clark, both of RD 2, Phoenix, Mrs. Florence Siefer of Dayton, Ohio, Mrs. Leona Davis of Jordan, N.Y. and Mrs. Ruth Webber of Fulton; a sister, Mrs. Rose Robinson of Syracuse; 26 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Services were held at the Allanson- Glanville- Tappan Funeral Home, Phoenix. Burial was in Chase
