Alice Eileen Gist, 66, of Sykesville, died on Sunday, May 17,1992, at the Baltimore County General Hospital in Randallstown. Born in Baltimore County, she was the daughter of the late Franklin P. and Lillian Green. She was the wife of Thomas B. Gist of Sykesville. She had worked for many years doing various jobs from a nursing aide at Springfield State Hospital to a telephone operator at Rosewood State Hospital, and later as a school bus driver. Surviving in addition to her husband is a daughter, Wendy Spencer of Sykesville, and a sister, Elizabeth Mae Hush of Sykesville. She is also survived by three grandchildren. Funeral services and interment were private. Arrangements were made by Haight Funeral Home, Sykesville.
