He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathy S. Ivey.
He is survived by his father, Wayland Ivey of Fairmont; a sister, Karen Rene' Hill and husband Robert of Fairmont; a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. Dean Carter. Burial will follow in Floyd Memorial Cemetery in Fairmont.
