Joseph John Kulacki was my "Uncle Joe".He married my mothers sister Emma Hartley. We spent many vacation days with them, usually in the summer on South Dean St. I remember the smell of the National Beer Brewery, and the small rubber products company across the street. The summers seemed so hot! In later years Uncle Joe had a small house on the chesapeake bay where we would catch crabs and cook them on the stove.
I may never see his monument again, as I live in Ohio and have no relations in Maryland. If you pass by his place of rest, tell him his namesake Joe Michael still misses him.
