Obituary. "Elsie E. Wiggins, 81, died Sunday, Oct. 18, 1998, at Crescent Health Services of Oak Grove. Mrs. Wiggins was born Sept. 5, 1917 in McKenzie, Ala. and lived in Manhattan, Kan. for 46 years, moving to Oak Grove seven years ago. She was a licensed cosmetologist in Manhattan for 45 years, having owned and operated "Your Studio of Beauty" and "Coiffure Beauty & Spa." She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints."
