The cemetery index book puts year of death only as 19??
Appears to be a Mosaic Templar grave stone. I cannot read the entire text about which chamber, but I can make out "Tillar" in my photograph. The nearby Morning Star Cemetery has two Mosaic Templar stones with Tillar chambers marked on them.
