Mrs. Jackson-McNair, a native of Richmond County, was a waitress. She was a graduate of Thomson High School. She was a member of Mount Aldred Christian Methodist Episcopal Church.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry McNair; a son, Jerrell McNair, Thomson; a daughter, Shanetell McNair, Thomson; her mother, Minnie Jackson, Thomson; a brother, Carlos Ramsey, Thomson; a sister, Sonya Williams, Thomson; her paternal grandfather, James Hill, Wrens; her maternal grandmother, Lula Bell Mackey, Thomson; and her step-grandmother, Katie Hatcher, Philadelphia.
