Mr. Bobby H. Higgins age 72, of Murray, KY, died Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at his home.
Mr. Higgins was born in Golden Pond, KY on June 14, 1940 to the late Ira Higgins and Eueula Litchfield Higgins. Mr. Higgins was a retired heavy equipment operator and a member of the New Jenny Ridge Pentecostal Church.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Higgins was preceded in death by one daughter, Rhonda Adams; and by one sister, Rosanell Higgins.
Mr. Higgins is survived by one daughter, Summer Waggoner of Murray; one sister, Wilma Evans and friend George Garland of Murray; two brothers, Jimmy Higgins and wife Vicky, and Jerry Higgins and wife Barbara all of Murray; one granddaughter, Shelly Dillon and fiancé Marty James of Kirksey, KY; as well as two great grandchildren, Zachary and Matthew Dillon both of Kirksey.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Matheny Cemetery in L.B.L. with Rev. Elijah Balentine officiating and burial to follow. There will be no public visitation.
