She was born in Banks County, Ga., daughter of the late Em and Edna Smith Sartin.
She was a member of Mull's Memorial Baptist Church in Shelby and attended Plainview Baptist Church in Dallas. She worked at Rite Aid in Dallas for more than 10 years.
Funeral service conducted by the Reverend Mark Hovis will be held noon Friday at Plainview Baptist Church in Dallas.
Interment will follow at Mull's Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery in Shelby.
