Harry C. Shelton, affectionately known as "Oil Can Harry," 65, of Syracuse, passed away Friday at University Hospital. Calling hours will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Garland Bros. Funeral Home, 143 W. Castle St., with funeral services to follow at 1 p.m. Burial: Oakwood Cemetery.
