Opal Jeweldean Perry was born April 1, 1919 to William Walter and Mary A. Mayfield in Depew, Oklahoma. She departed this life December 26, 1912 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma at the age of 93 years, 8 months, and 25 days.

She had been a Bristow area resident since December of 2001. On September 23, 1939 Opal Jeweldean Mayfield and Glen Zell Perry were united in marriage in Reno, Nevada. Together they did God's work until his passing September 7, 2001. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, cooking, canning, collecting angels, and spending time in her flower garden.

She is survived by one daughter and husband, two Granddaughters; Four grandsons; and Great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, Monte Perry, four brothers, Andrew, Ira, Bill and Teal Mayfield, and two sisters, Nola Holderfield and Chloe Anderson.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00PM, Friday, December 28, 2012 at the Burnett Mission Holiness Church with Pastor Mike Gregory and Pastor Paul Herd officiating. Interment will follow at Oakdale cemetery in Paden, Oklahoma.
