Mary Margie Wantz, age 88 of Massillon, passed away October 19, 2009 at Aultman Hospital. She was born October 10, 1921 in Navarre to the late Timothy & Verna (Define) McGuire. Mary was a 1939 graduate of Navarre High School. She retired in 1990 from Bordner's at Amherst. Mary was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, a former member of FOE #190 Auxiliary, Sons of Herman and the ladies of the Moose.
Marge will be remembered for her love of bingo, dancing and mostly of her affection for people. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard in 1971; a son, Timothy in 2005 and a son in law, Bill McClintock in 2004.

Margie is survived by a daughter, Linda McClintock of Jackson Twp.; daughter in law, Jean Wantz of Jackson Twp.; grandchildren, David McClintock, Laurie McClintock, Mindy Valentine, Kristi Whalen, and Scott Wantz and eight great grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at 1:00 P.M. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Fr. Robert Miller will officiate. Her final resting place will be St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon from 12 PM until 12:40 PM. Memorials can be sent to the American Cancer Society.
