He was Proceeded in death by a son Willis M. Fransisco.
He is survived by his his wife, Virgie Boothe Fransisco; four sons, Cecil Fransisco, Robert Fransisco, both of Salem; Earl Fransisco of Roanoke; David Fransisco of Christiansburg; 25 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 18, 1990, at 2:00 p.m. at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at Lotz Salem Chapel.
