Biographical Information:

Harriet Sarah was the daughter of Ruth (nee Kimberly) and Jabez Talcott (b. Jun. 28, 1766, Glastonbury Twp., Hartford, CT to Sarah and Isaac Talcott). Harriet's parents were married at the Second Congregational Church of East Glastonbury on November 20th 1789.

On July 3rd 1791, Harriet's parents, Ruth and Jabez, "renewed their baptismal covenant and joined in full communion with the church" in Eastbury, Connecticut.

Harriet's paternal grandfather, Isaac, was born on August 29th 1740 in Glastonbury to Ruth Wright and Col. Elizur Talcott. Isaac married Sarah Goodrich on November 20th 1765. Sarah Goodrich was born on June 20th 1747 in Glastonbury to Sarah Edwards and David Goodrich. Isaac died on August 6th 1815.

Harriet's maternal grandparents were Mary Hubbard and John Kimberly (aka Josiah).
